Ensure the video shows the seal intact before unboxing and continues until the parcel is fully opened.

If the seal is broken upon delivery, do not accept the parcel. Inform us immediately.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained, as per our policy.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
