Important Reminder

  • Please record a video while receiving and unboxing your parcel.

    • Ensure the video shows the seal intact before unboxing and continues until the parcel is fully opened.

  • If the seal is broken upon delivery, do not accept the parcel. Inform us immediately.

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained, as per our policy.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us at support@seedandskin.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

Refund Process

For eligible refunds:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  2. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items and promotional purchases are final sales and cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Retain proof of postage for tracking, as we are not liable for lost returns.
