How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 4 working days (Monday to Saturday).  

Post dispatch, delivery takes 2–5 business days for most metro cities and 5–7 business days for other locations.

REFUND OR RETURN

What if I receive a damaged product?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at support@seedandskin.comwithin 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Make sure you’ve recorded an unboxing video showing the intact seal this is required for any claims. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

How is the refund processed?

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email. If the claim is approved, you’ll have the option to choose between a refund or a replacement. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If needed, our team will be happy to connect with you to ensure everything goes smoothly.

How do I know if an item is eligible for return?

Let’s break it down for you:

All skincare and colour cosmetic sales are final, unless the product is damaged during transit.

  • Damaged or defective products: If your product arrives damaged, please email us at support@seedandskin.com within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video showing the intact seal and the damage is mandatory for any return or refund to be processed. This helps us verify the issue and serve you better.
  • Used products: Items that have been used or even swatched (e.g., tested on your hand) are not eligible for return or refund, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Change of mind: Returns or refunds cannot be processed for reasons such as dislike of shade, texture, fragrance, or any other personal preferences.
  • Skin sensitivity or allergies: While we use high-quality, skin-friendly ingredients, we recommend reviewing the full ingredient list before placing your order. Once received, please perform a patch test prior to full use especially if you have sensitive skin as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for irritation or allergic reactions.
  • Return window: Any return request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made beyond this time will not be eligible.
  • Condition of returned items: Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. Products received in a damaged or used state will not be eligible for a refund.
